Returns

 

We want you to love your Pillow Speaker. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Shipping Returns

 

To return your product, please contact us at support@dreamcove-sleep.com for return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective.
